After you send us the information through the form, we will contact one of our trusted advisors in our network to reach out to you to get more detailed information about your federal service and retirement.
They then will send the information to Cassie who will create the report.
This same advisor will then meet with you again and go over the report and explain it all, complete with all the numbers of each benefit and ideas of how to keep as much of your own money as possible. They will also answer any personalized questions you have about your retirement.
It’s as simple as that.
-
We may know your federal benefits inside and out, but we are not licensed financial professionals. That means we can tell you how they work, but we can’t recommend what you specifically can do to maximize your retirement. Only a licensed financial professional can do that.
Because they are licensed, they can give advice. They can make recommendations and explore all the options with you.

Great question. We have a very tight group of financial professionals who we trust and have worked with for years. We know them to be good people – honest and with integrity.
There are others who asked to join our network who we felt didn’t meet the high bar and we had to turn away. We won’t work with anyone who we feel was dishonest in any way, nor would we work with those who put themselves first. They must always put the best interest of the federal employee first.
-
Exactly. That’s not how we operate.
This report and these meetings are at no cost, no obligation and they aren’t sales pitchy. They will answer your questions and explain the report.
-
We believe if we do good and help others, everything else will follow.
We, and the advisors, are happy to give you the education you need to have a great retirement. Our hope is that you tell your friends about the great experience you had and that they get the report to prepare for their retirement, too.
If at some point you decide you want their assistance to help you prepare for your retirement, you can ask for it. But it is up to you.
-
Most certainly.
Every agency’s HR gives different reports, and we’ve seen them all. Because we have seen so many, we have seen too many which had wrong numbers, dates, and other information we caught.
For the most part, they also give you the numbers for each benefit for only he day you retire.
The report you’ll get from Cassie will have not just the day you retire on there, but your retirement, stretched over many years. That way you can see the outcomes of your actions and truly plan for your full retirement.
It is a very comprehensive report.
Plus, the report points out red flags and areas of possible opportunity.
